Regarding commission genres...
General
- Commissions are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- I will start the commission once the full payment is made.
- A google form will be used to compile individual commission’s information; while a google sheet will be used to track every commission’s progress.

Final Accounting Chart (For Reference)*
*Extra Character(s)
Commission base price is multiplied by 20%. Each additional character will increase the price multiplicatively (in stacks) by 20%
Example:
- Base price — 80 USD (1 character)
- 2 characters — 80 * 0.2 = +16 USD
- 3 characters — (80+16) * 0.2 ≅ +20 USD
I’ll pitch the prices in the final discussion with clients
*final price
Final price may vary depending on the complexity of the commission; For instance, rendered illustrations will be more pricey compared to simple colour and/or sketches, may be due to poses specified or storyline structures. The chart is mostly for everyone’s reference, thank you !! (๑ºั╰╯ºั๑)
Turnover Time
- I must be notified of any planned deadlines beforehand so the client and I can discuss the tentative time needed to encompass any possible delays. It is the client’s right to set a deadline.
- The client(s) will be notified if any possible delays occur.
- Plain colour commissions normally take up 3~6 days; While rendered illustrations may take up 2 weeks to 1.5 months.
- Harassment over my working speed will not be tolerated, please refrain from doing so when the discussed deadline hasn’t arrived yet. I will try to finish it as fast as I’m able, thank you.
- Clients can track my progress in the google sheet.
Additional notes
- Clients are recommended to include as many references, descriptions, or visualisers (eg: a simple stickman doodle) as they can in the google form. Here’s an example of a reference page that fully summarised the contents the client wanted to convey.
